Hello, This issue can be solved by upgrading your device to firmware version 300, before upgrading to version ReyeeOS 2.420.0.2006. You can check if the firmware is available from your cloud, by clicking the "Select Version" button, as shown in the capture, while trying to upgrade the device:  Then you can scroll down and search for version 300.
