RAP2200F bottlenecks wifi to under 30mbps

I’d like to ask for help. We have access point RAP2200F and if bottlenecks our wifi around 25mbps, the cable itself when plugged into the pc directly delivers about 115mbps. I tried to reset the AP but nothing changed. Can someone please help what to do? |

Hello, It's recommended to check that the device firmware is up to date (ReyeeOS420). If you tested the PC speed using the same ethernet cable, that could rule out a cable issue. You need to confirm if your devices are connecting to 2.4 or 5GHz, the RSSI strength and if the power source if the device is appropriate (DC power connector 12 V, 1.5 A or PoE+). I would also recommend to try to run the AI optimization if your device is uploaded to a project in the cloud.
