How do I get an AppID and Secret for the Ruijie Cloud API?

Hi, I'd like to use the Ruijie Cloud API (API Reference Manual V2.0.3) for read-only monitoring: device status, switch ports, PoE, event logs, etc. The manual says the AppID and Secret are obtained from the "Ruijie Cloud Backend", but I can't find this anywhere in my Ruijie Cloud account. 1. Is there a menu in Ruijie Cloud where I can generate the AppID and Secret myself? If so, where? 2. If not, who do I contact to request API access, and what details do they need? 3. Does API access require a specific account type or licence? Thanks in advance for any help. |
