Hello, valued customer. It is not possible to connect the RG-EST310 to a PoE switch, as these bridges use 24V passive PoE or require power via their 12V/1A DC jack. As for the RG-RAP52OD access point, it is compatible with your switches and can be connected without any issues. You may check the product pages for these devices to confirm that the access point and the switch are compatible with each other.
