Hello, I performed a firmware upgrade for my RAP6202(G) via the Ruijie Cloud App as usual. The upgrade process had been running for more than 10 minutes without completing, so I checked the Web interface and found the following log entry: ![]() I have previously RMA’d this device once, and it was very inconvenient to wait for months for the replacement. I would like to avoid another RMA if possible. Please provide a fast and effective solution to restore and complete the firmware upgrade. Thank you. |
Hi sir, If the firmware is lost, you still need to apply for RMA. However, the screenshot you sent me is a screenshot of a failed cloud update, which does not necessarily mean that the device's firmware is lost. You can try a local upgrade. This is the download link for the device's firmware: https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/rg-rap6202g-firmware/6202g360/ Best regards, Steve |

The solution was to connect my PC directly to the AP via Ethernet and perform a local firmware upgrade using the .bin file you provided. The upgrade completed successfully, and the device is now running ReyeeOS 2.360.0.1926 without any issues. Appreciate your help! This might help other users facing the same error 7002 in the future. Best regards, Alfin |
