Mohon bantuannya Ruijie RG-RAP 52od saya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik, saya sudah mencoba dengan reapter wireless dan mesh namun tidak bisa terhubung dengan internet, lampu indikator berkedip

Sir, I have clearly received your question. First, was your problem suddenly emerging or has it been there all along? Also, I hope you can answer a few questions about the equipment so that I can better troubleshoot it: 1. LED flickering: Usually, the flickering of an LED can occur in several ways. Is your flickering a slow flicker (0.5Hz)? This means that the device is not connected to the internet. If there are other flashing situations, here are some examples for you: Rapid flashing - the device is starting up; Flashing twice - the device is resetting/upgrading/recovering; Long flashing + three short flashes - there is a hardware or other serious fault.
2. Check the power supply: Non-standard PoE (such as af power supply) causes 5G radio frequency to be turned off (Mesh relies on the 5G frequency band).
3. Adjust the deployment: How far apart are your two APs deployed? Please shorten the AP spacing to within 10-15 meters and remove metal obstructions.
4. Ensure the main/sub AP country codes are consistent (such as both being FCC/CE), and avoid radar channels (DFS).
5. Restore factory settings and reconfigure: Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to restore factory settings and reconfigure Mesh (preferably with wired connection).
