allowing third party switch by mac

hi there
i have newly deploy reyee switch but i have IPTV direct link to the ISP and i need to restrict the port only accepting their switch via mac it could be done in interface protection or ip source guard?

my switch (port 52 via fiber) ---------------------------- ISP switch

And if you want permit a mac here,you can use：

For example, bind the MAC address 0001.1111.1111 to the VLAN 1 interface FastEthernet 0/1:
