Can you help me to recover Ruijie RG-RAP626(G) firmware?

The device did not complete the firmware update due to power failure, the device now only flashes the SYS LED light, so I need guidance and tools to recover the firmware of the Ruijie RG-RAP626(G) device in order to install it manually.
The device is new.
