How to configure Ruijie DDNS on Ruijie Cloud?

Step1: The gateway needs to be online on Ruijie Cloud.
Step2: Click device SN to enter the device details page.


Step 3: Click Config and enable Ruijie DDNS. Select the Domain Name and map to the EG public IP address and click Save.



Note:
Reyee EG web interface cannot be accessed through DDNS domain name, because Reyee EG doesn’t support accessing its web interface through WAN port address. You can configure port mapping on Reyee EG to access the intranet device using the domain name.
