wallnas replied at 2026-6-1 02:02 Sir, do you mean you want to enable the firewall and then allow Ruijie devices to pass through? If so, please check the Check this table: https://community.ruijie.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=767&extra=page%3D1 ![]() best regards Morning |

Dear It's not about firewall management, but I need to activate static IP, but via DDNS. The DDNS service publishes the WAN0 address and not public ip. So I can only see the provider's router address and not the external public address. DDNS Router, in service interface there is'nt "Public ip" ![]() |
wallnas replied at 2026-6-1 15:35 Dear Sir, is your EG online in the cloud? If so, could you configure Ruije DDNS in the cloud so that you can select a public IP? Do you want to confirm this first? https://cloud.ruijienetworks.com/help/#/ArticleList?id=53dd5096d51f43e09960ef7bd1191c9f best regardsScenty |
GTAC-Scenty replied at 2026-6-1 17:10 Dear, I modified DDNS with a Ruijie DDNS. Now where can I change DNS with a custom DNS, with cloud ? |
