The switch appears in the controller's web interface as UNKNOWN with an IP of 0.0.0.0 and a fake MAC address (FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:00).  |
Sir, you can check the switch LAN8/WAN7 Check whether it is indeed connected to a real existing device; if not, please verify that the VLAN configuration of the interface is correct. |
GTAC-Morning replied at 2026-9-24 00:23 Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that the LAN8/WAN7 port is a port on the controller, not on the switch. This port is physically connected to Port 31 of the switch. The attached images provide a clearer overview of the network topology and the connection between the controller and the switch.    |
